Someone who finds it difficult to sort through all the options available to choose the best ones for themselves. Our service is also for those who are just to damn busy to plan their own vacation. We plan to create special memories for our clients.

Travel is my passion! But let me be transparent with you real quick - I pray to become a full time travel agent and this is also the way I provide for my family. Time is important to me as it is to the client. To make sure my time is being used wisely, I created a simple hiring process for me and you! Our hiring process was designed to allow us to work with clients who are serious about planning their dream vacation and working with us to do the job. Our process secures our time with each of our potential clients. Security prevents us from having our time wasted and allows us to provide the amazing services our clients needs and wants.

Here are the steps for getting started:

 

STEP 1| SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY FORM

Submit your inquiry form to give an idea of the experience you would like to have for your vacation. This form can be found on the website or HERE.

STEP 2| CONSULTATION CALL, ZOOM OR EMAIL

Your free consultation call is important, but sometimes not necessary. It gives us a chance to learn about each other, your travel expectations and our company.

Consultations allow me to properly assess what you need, decide which services will best suit you, craft your experience to your expectations, and get started immediately.

I will determine if this step is necessary after the inquiry form is completed.

 

STEP 3| SIGN TRAVEL SERVICE AGREEMENT

After you agree that you want to move forward with Book with LCV Travels, we'll send your travel service agreement to review and sign, and pay the service fee ($25).

This fee can be applied to your trip if booked within 72 hours after quote is delivered; otherwise this fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

STEP 4| VACATION QUOTE PRESENTATION

It will take 3-5 business days (usually less) to create the perfect vacation quote, unless I state otherwise. After it's created, I will email the quote and we can schedule a time to go over the quote (if necessary). During this time, we will review your vacation quote together and if you have any questions or modifications we can discuss those at that time. We will provide up to 3 quotes.

 

STEP 5| SECURE YOUR VACATION!

After you decide that you want to move forward with the quote and your group is ready to pay their initial deposit, we will schedule a date for everyone to make their deposit payment and get your vacation booked. We'll be here to answer any questions or concerns throughout the entire vacation process.

The payment collection, announcements, and vacation preparation will be seamless and automated so you can focus on other things that matter... like picking out swimsuits with your besties!
